Financial Administration Specialist / Bookkeeper

Financial administration specialist / bookkeeper in Helsinki join a knowledgeable and warm accounting firm. We are a stable, family-owned business that has been operating for 30 years, and we are looking to add a bookkeeper to strengthen our capable team.

Your work will be recognized with responsibilities, trust, and a chance to influence your own day-to-day. We operate in a hybrid model: mostly remote work with about one mandatory office day per week.

What you will do:

• manage bookkeeping for your own client base independently
• prepare financial statements and tax declarations
• advise and support clients on financial matters
• collaborate smoothly with colleagues

Customer service is highly valued; we emphasize clear communication, helpfulness, and helping clients succeed.

What we expect:

• experience in bookkeeping and in preparing financial statements and tax declarations
• relevant financial administration education
• experience with Netvisor or Procountor (or willingness to learn quickly)
• autonomous and responsible work style
• good interpersonal and customer service skills
• A KLT qualification is a plus
