Financial Controller m/f/d

In this role you act as a strategic partner shaping data-driven decision-making and delivering high-quality financial analyses for senior leadership. You will challenge business lines to align with corporate goals, lead complex initiatives, and drive transparency and value creation. You’ll optimize controlling processes, own planning and reporting cycles, and contribute to the monthly P&L close with advanced financial models. • Serve as strategic partner for financial steering and performance management
• Deliver complex financial analyses and forward-looking recommendations

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling or Business Administration
• 2-3 years of professional experience in controlling (project and/or business controlling preferred)
• Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation
• Very high-level Excel skills
• Proven ability to transform complex data into practical insights
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
• Team player with effective collaboration across stakeholders
• Proficient in German and English
