Financial Controller (m/f/x) – Weil am Rhein

Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously develop controlling processes.
• Actively contribute to budgeting and forecasting and continuously improve these processes.
• Perform variance analyses and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• Create, optimize, and monitor KPI dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Ensure consistent, data‑driven standards in reporting and analysis.
• Act as sparring partner for business units on financial and controlling–related topics.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Responsible for cost accounting across sales channels, including maintenance and further development.

Profile

• Degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance or comparable qualification.
• Relevant professional experience in controlling.
• Proficient in MS Office and ideally experience with MS Power BI and MS Business Central.
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of business contexts, high affinity for numbers, and proactive, structured way of working.
• Proactive, structured manner, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to act as business partner on equal footing with various departments.
