About The Position

As a Financial Manager in Bonn, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial reporting and accounting processes. Your responsibilities will span the preparation of annual financial statements according to both IFRS and HGB, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will leverage your expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance to streamline operations and contribute to the digitalization, automation, and standardization of our accounting and closing processes. This position also involves comprehensive financial reporting, effective stakeholder management, and utilizing your analytical skills to drive insights. Experience with AI technologies and project management will be highly valued as we continue to innovate our financial operations.

Must-Have Skills

• Profound knowledge in preparing financial statements according to IFRS
• Proficient use of SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Experience in financial reporting and statement preparation
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Robust analytical thinking for problem-solving
• Expertise in preparing financial statements according to HGB
• Initial experience with AI applications or willingness to learn
• Proven experience in digitalization, automation, and standardization of accounting and closing processes
• Practical project experience in the finance sector
• Comprehensive experience in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
• Experience in Controlling and Risk Management
• Knowledge of digitalization and automation of financial processes
• Initial experience with AI applications in finance
