Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Mint Selection is partnered with a fast-growing European renewable energy business helping to decarbonise heavy-duty transport. The company supplies low-carbon fuels and develops and operates an expanding network of refuelling infrastructure across Europe.

They are now looking for an FP&A Manager to strengthen their finance function and support the continued growth of the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and performance drivers
• Produce monthly management reporting, variance analysis and KPI dashboards
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecast processes
• Build and maintain financial models, reports and data-driven planning tools
• Monitor revenue, costs, margins and business performance across different operations
• Improve data quality, reporting accuracy and financial processes
• Partner with commercial and operational teams to translate data into clear business insights

The ideal candidate will bring strong FP&A, controlling or financial analysis experience, advanced Excel and modelling skills, and the ability to work confidently with large datasets in a fast-growing international environment.
