Manager – Financial Planning and Cost Analysis

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close cycle, rolling forecast, and executive reporting
• Own the financial narrative for enGen, including the monthly CFO close presentation
• Collaborate closely with the CFO and senior business leaders
• Advancing the team's Power BI reporting capabilities and AI-driven automation initiatives
• Perform management responsibilities including hiring, coaching, and performance management

Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Track record of leading and developing finance team members
• Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for executive audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field preferred
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
