Financial Reporting & Processes Manager (m/f/d)

In this role you contribute to the preparation of the Sky Deutschland Group’s financial statements and related disclosures, while coordinating with management, legal, and auditors. You will support US GAAP reporting packages and help design and maintain finance ERP processes. You work within the Financial Reporting & Processes team to deliver accurate, compliant reporting and drive improvements across accounting instructions and processes. • Prepare annual financial statements for individual entities, including notes and management report
• Coordinate with management, legal, Accounting Shared Service Center, and auditors
• Prepare accounting instructions for HGB/UGB approvals
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual US GAAP reporting packages
• Contribute to projects within the Financial Reporting & Processes department

• Degree in business administration or comparable qualification; several years of experience in financial statement preparation
• Strong knowledge of HGB/UGB and tax law; US GAAP knowledge is a plus
• Fast learner with high analytical and conceptual abilities
• Independent, confident working style with persuasiveness
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across various levels
• Flexible with high resilience; handles stress well
• Strong MS Excel and SAP knowledge is an advantage
• German and English both written and spoken well
