FIU Cases Analyst I (Fully Remote)

• Analyzes and investigates customer and transactional data to identify suspicious activity.
• Files suspicious activity reports with regulatory agencies per bank procedures.
• Evaluates multiple banking product types and financial crime types.

What You Will Do:

• Investigates and confirms suspicious activity through transactional data analysis.
• Maintains service levels, production quality, and handles inbound/outbound calls.

What You Will Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with less than one year of related experience.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage workload.
