KEWAZO is a deep-tech startup with offices in Munich and Houston, TX and a pioneer in robotics.

We automate heavy industry with robotics and AI. Our first solution is a lifting robot for construction sites and industrial plants. Become one of the first 40 enthusiasts at KEWAZO and help us revolutionize the physical world!

Your Tasks

Revenue Operations & GTM Enablement

• Build and optimize sales and marketing processes across tools such as Pipedrive, n8n and Clay.
• Implement outreach workflows: design, launch, and continuously improve email and LinkedIn outreach sequences.
• Help the CEO and sales team with day-to-day operations and challenges, ensuring smooth execution across tools and projects.
• Maintain and improve CRM structure, ensuring accurate data for reporting and forecasting.
• Support sales enablement by developing templates, documentation, and process guides.

Marketing (secondary focus)

• Create and promote KEWAZO content on social media, experimenting with formats (posts, videos, carousels, etc.) to boost visibility and engagement.
• Support conference preparation: book booths, define setups, coordinate design materials, and ensure timely delivery with the operations team.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
• Strong interest in automation, data, and process optimization within a GTM context.
• First experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce) and automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Clay, Apollo) is a strong plus.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive - you love finding smarter ways to get things done.
• Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
• Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus but not required).
• Availability to work on-site in Garching bei München (4/5 days a week)
