You are Jochen’s “force multiplier.”
You manage priorities, prepare key decisions (decision logs), maintain calendar hygiene, and prepare materials for investors or team updates.
You dive deep into user analysis, conduct interviews, and translate problems into clear requirements (PRDs/RFCs).
You ensure engineering and product teams clearly understand what to build and why.
You don’t wait for features—you test them in advance.
You build your own small prototypes (using LLMs/no-code), refine prompts, and validate ideas before they go into development.
You make success measurable (KPI dashboards), monitor competitors and regulatory trends (e.g., GDPR), and derive strategic recommendations ("strategy notes").

Strong academic background—e.g., in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Health Economics, or a comparable degree.
German at native level (C2) and very good English—you can express complex content clearly and precisely, both written and verbal.
Analytical strength—you research quickly, structure problems cleanly, and are comfortable with spreadsheets, data, and basic financial models.
High tech & AI affinity—you routinely work with LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) and actively use AI to be more productive, faster, and better.
Entrepreneurial drive & commitment—you take initiative, think ahead, work independently, and enjoy environments with fast pace and quick decision-making.
Personal maturity & receptiveness to feedback—you handle high expectations and direct feedback well.
