Fragrance Development Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Development and management of fragrance concepts in collaboration with perfumers, Sales & Marketing
• Translation of marketing and customer briefings into olfactory strategies
• Project management throughout the entire development process (from briefing to market launch)
• Evaluation and selection of fragrance compositions considering performance, stability, and cost
• Close collaboration with internal teams (Perfumers, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Application Labs, Sales)
• Olfactive analysis of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor products
• Support and consulting of customers regarding fragrance strategies
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., IFRA)
• Execution and interpretation of sensory tests

Your profile

• A successfully completed apprenticeship in the chemical sector or a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, marketing, communication or a related field
• Experience in the fragrances sector
• An exceptional sense of smell is essential
• Comprehensive knowledge of the market and industry relating to a specific product category
• An interest in marketing activities and strong communication skills
• Fluency in German and a very good command of written and spoken English
