Freight Forwarder, Air Freight Export

• Operational handling of air freight export shipments in the Aerospace & Defence sector


• Order entry and processing in CW1 / Tango


• Independent coordination and planning of pre-carriage operations


• Processing including invoicing and posting of incoming and outgoing documents


• Customer support and claims handling


• Handling operations at a 24/7 AOG desk in a shift-based schedule (AOG = Aircraft on Ground)

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in freight forwarding and logistics services, or an equivalent qualification


• Proficient in MS Office


• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken


• Strong communication skills and a confident manner, with a service- and customer-oriented approach


• Reliable time management, flexibility, ability to work independently and as part of a team


• If the role involves contact with the aviation security area, a valid security clearance (ZÜP) and valid aviation security training will be required. If not already in place, candidates must be willing to undergo the ZÜP and the relevant training.
