Freight Forwarder, CoDi / Dispatcher, Local Transport

• Scheduling and dispatching of pickup and delivery routes (LTL / partial & full loads)
• Route optimization with respect to cost, efficiency and service
• Daily communication with drivers, partners and internal departments
• Recording and maintaining shipment data in the TMS
• Customer support for pickups, deliveries and shipment status
• Handling deviations, claims and special requests
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g., dangerous goods, driving and rest time regulations)
• Checking proof-of-delivery documents and supporting billing/settlement
• Contributing to process optimizations in the Collection & Distribution area

Requirements

• Vocational training as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk or equivalent
• Experience in dispatching or operational road transport handling
• Proficient in TMS and MS Office
• Strong communication skills, organized, resilient and team-oriented
