Responsibilities

Processing customer orders within various SAP systems for export goods flows; conducting demand analyses using various supply planning tools; continuous coordination with internal interfaces and external stakeholders; generating transport and export documentation; coordinating with production sites regarding goods availability; continuous communication with customers and acting as the interface for inquiries concerning the managed country portfolio; IDOC monitoring and management of pivot flows between various SAP systems; creating KPI reports and analyses, e.g., range analysis, freight space calculation, or transport cost forecasting; processing complaints and returns, as well as creating credit and debit memos; maintaining master data in the material and customer master records.

Qualifications

• Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Supply Chain oder Logistik, oder kaufmännische Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann oder Speditionskaufmann
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im entsprechenden Bereich
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse, insbesondere mit den Modulen SD, MM und FI
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Starke Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Resilienz
• Ausgeprägtes Zeit- und Organisationsmanagement
