Front Office Manager (f/m/d) at a Software Development company

What you will be doing

• As the central point of contact at reception, you will receive enquiries from employees and customers in person, by phone, email, chat or post and answer them yourself or assign them to the relevant units
• You are responsible for purchasing and invoice management and support financial accounting
• It would be a part of your daily tasks to contact service providers and coordinate appointments for a wide range of tasks and projects
• Your expertise is also required for tasks such as event organisation, travel bookings, process optimisation, research, etc.
• You maintain an overview of all processes at all times and can provide information on filing, inventory and ongoing projects

What this position requires?

• You have experience in office management including accounting
• Knowledge of human resources, facility management or assistance duties is an advantage
• As an organisational talent, you find it easy to structure projects and design them in a solution- and customer‑oriented manner
• Your transparent way of working enables team colleagues to jump in at any time to drive projects forward
• You are confident in using Office applications, ideally also with process tools such as Jira & Confluence
• With your hands‑on mentality, you lead projects to completion in a timely manner
• Your language skills are at least level C1 for German and B2 for English
