Software Development Manager (Fully Remote)

• Guiding, motivating, and growing a team of software developers solving complex problems in Financial Services.
• Collaborating with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to align priorities and roadmaps.
• Identifying and removing impediments to delivery, and reporting progress to leadership.
