Field Case Manager (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for physicians, healthcare teams, and program stakeholders.
• Support patients by helping navigate treatment access, reimbursement, and administrative requirements.
• Manage special authorization processes and provide reimbursement guidance.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of public and private third-party reimbursement processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual preferred for certain provinces.
