As a Front Office Manager (m/f/d) , you’re not just overseeing daily front office operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily front office operations: Oversee Front Office activities including guest service, registration, room inventory, and adherence to policies and standards
  • Monitor and elevate service: Track guest satisfaction, address service issues, and guide the team to implement improvements that enhance the guest experience
  • Implement revenue initiatives: Promote hotel services and execute up-selling tactics to drive room occupancy and revenue growth
  • Facilitate team knowledge: Provide regular updates and training to ensure the team is well-informed of hotel offerings, services, and local attractions
  • Delight our guests: Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly to uphold service standards
  • Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support front office team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications

  • Several years of professional experience at the Front Office at a comparable hotel; at least as Assistant Front Office Manager
  • Ability to work under pressure and take initiative in handling tasks
  • Experience leading multicultural teams and strong communication skills
  • Ability to balance administrative responsibilities with hands-on support for the team in daily guest operations
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new work processes
  • Ideally, a completed vocational training program in the hotel industry
  • Willingness to work shifts and flexibility to adapt to different work situations
  • Very good command of German and English, additional languages are a plus
  • Valid authorization to work and reside in Germany
