This role involves optimizing and redesigning digital products such as websites and apps, focusing on aesthetic design and user experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in UI/UX design, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage B2C websites for a large user base across multiple countries.

Your Tasks

• Develop and enhance existing websites, redesign them, and create new web products, apps, and brands.
• Design intuitive and appealing user interfaces considering user experience.
• Create animated graphics and videos to improve interaction and guide users.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain design standards across all digital touchpoints.
• Manage and improve B2C websites for survey participants in 74 countries, focusing on design and user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability tests to identify optimization opportunities.

Your Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in website and app design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centered approach.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, LottieFiles.
• Independent working style with strong communication skills in English and teamwork abilities.
