Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Fully Qualified Lawyer to join our on‑site teams in Donauwort , Germany , supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

Locations include Manching , Hamburg , Bremen , Ulm , Donauwörth , Immenstaad and other sites across the country.

What You Will Do

• Handle and advise on legal matters related to contract law
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts in German and English
• Participate in contract negotiations with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare legal opinions, assessments and statements in German and English
• Provide legal support to international projects
• Support and manage public tender procedures
• Handle dunning and debt collection procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Completed law studies with 1st and 2nd German State Examinations
• Strong knowledge and experience in contract law
• Experience in contract drafting and contract negotiations
• Business‑fluent English – mandatory
• Very good command of German, particularly for legal drafting and negotiations
• International experience
• Ability to work effectively within an international and multidisciplinary team
• Strong initiative, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Independent, structured and accurate working style
• High level of flexibility and operational readiness
