General Accounting Supervisor with German (f/m)

In this role you will lead and support accounting operations in an international setting, driving accurate financial reporting and compliant processes. You will manage a team, partner with cross-functional colleagues, and optimize financial performance. • Manage and develop an accounting team including hiring, training, and mentoring
• Prepare and oversee financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements)
• Engage in business partnering with Finance and Non-Finance teams to meet organizational goals
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and tax filings
• Analyze financial data to identify improvements, cost savings, and process optimization

• Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow impacts
• Strong analytical thinking to interpret data and drive decisions
• Problem-solving skills with timely, effective mitigation strategies
• Effective communication with stakeholders, auditors, vendors, and finance professionals
• Leadership to manage and develop a finance team and drive performance
