The Role:

As General Manager Germany, you will take full P&L responsibility for the Company's operations leading a business that combines retail, e-commerce and omnichannel sales. You will define and execute the commercial strategy, accelerate business growth, and lead the next stage of organizational transformation. This is a highly entrepreneurial leadership role requiring a commercially driven executive who understands the local consumer, knows how to compete successfully against other market players, and is capable of combining strategic vision with hands‑on execution.

You will inspire a high-performing organization, strengthen customer engagement, build a culture of accountability and collaboration, and position the business for long-term sustainable growth.

The Responsibilities:

• Take full P&L ownership for the business, delivering ambitious commercial and financial objectives.
• Define and execute the long-term growth strategy, accelerating market expansion while strengthening the Company's competitive position across all sales channels.
• Lead the development of an integrated omnichannel business model, ensuring seamless cooperation between retail operations, e-commerce and customer experience.
• Drive commercial excellence by identifying new growth opportunities, increasing market penetration and continuously improving business performance.
• Build, inspire and develop a high-performing leadership team, creating a culture focused on ownership, agility, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Lead organizational transformation, successfully navigating change while maintaining strong employee engagement and customer focus.
• Monitor market developments, customer behavior and competitive dynamics, proactively adapting the business strategy to changing market conditions.

The Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager, Managing Director or Senior Commercial Executive with full business responsibility within a retail business.
• Strong understanding of the German market, with a successful track record of growing businesses through retail, e-commerce or omnichannel sales.
• Experience leading organizations in highly competitive markets.
• Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with a highly operational, hands‑on leadership style.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent understanding of P&L management, business performance drivers and value creation.
• Experience leading organizational transformation, developing teams and building high-performance cultures.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action, resilience and the ability to make decisions.
• Outstanding leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build trust across international organizations.
• Fluent English is essential. German language skills are welcome but not mandatory; however, previous professional experience managing the German market is considered essential.
