We're looking for enthusiastic, tech-savvy individuals to join our growing onboarding team. As a Sales Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll work closely with a portfolio of new clients, helping them launch their very first online advertising campaigns. Your role will directly impact their business success and youll grow your own skills in a dynamic, international environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Act as a trusted digital marketing advisor to new clients, helping them create and optimize their PPC campaigns
• Identify business needs and tailor advertising strategies that drive real results
• Increase client engagement through upselling and strategic campaign improvements
• Handle a high volume of client interactions via phone daily
• Meet individual performance goals and contribute to team success

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in German (C1/C2) and confidence in English (B2 or above)
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online marketing
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong analytical thinking with a customer-first mindset
• Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
