In this high-impact position, you won't just process orders—you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, coordinate complex customer projects, and actively drive sales growth alongside our field team.

Primary Responsibilities

Consultative Sales & Account Support: Advise incoming client inquiries via telephone and email, understanding their technical requirements and pitching tailored safety solutions.
Pipeline & Quote Execution: Draft, issue, and rigorously track commercial proposals through our Zoho CRM and ERP infrastructure.
End-to-End Coordination: Oversee seamless execution for small projects—bridging communication between clients, site managers, and external installation technicians.
Proactive Account Re-Engagement: Reconnect with former clients, maintain service/recertification schedules, and execute outbound re-activation campaigns.
Sales Operations & Process Optimization: Partner with Field Sales Managers to schedule client meetings, update CRM records, and help modernize internal business unit workflows.

What We Are Looking For

3+ Years of Relevant Experience: Background in B2B inside sales, sales support, or technical client management.
Language Proficiency: Native-level German (C2) for daily telephone consultations and professional English (C1) for global internal coordination.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand, explain, and recommend mechanical/industrial products.
Digital Literacy: Practical experience with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred), ERP systems, and standard business applications (MS Office / Teams).
On-Site Presence: Committed to working 100% on-site at our Berlin location.
