As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with community guidelines and fosters a positive user experience. Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and assess user-generated content for compliance with community standards.
2. Identify inappropriate content and take appropriate actions to address violations.
3. Document moderation actions and contribute to analysis and reporting.
4. Collaborate with team members to develop and improve moderation procedures.
5. Stay updated with industry trends and content moderation policies.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German and strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in content moderation is an advantage, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on user satisfaction.
• Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment and embrace changing guidelines.
• Open to relocating to Malta and being part of a supportive team.
