Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a renowned company in the automotive industry, working and living in beautiful Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for automobiles and are enthusiastic about providing top-tier customer support to German-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in German
Assist customers with order processing, troubleshooting, and warranty information
Provide accurate and timely information about products, availability, and service options
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate records
Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and technical support to resolve customer issues
Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to deliver knowledgeable assistance

Requirements

Exceptional in German (both written and spoken) is essential
A minimum proficiency of B2 in English is required
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric attitude
Ability to efficiently handle multiple inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Good organizational skills and proficiency in using CRM systems and related software
Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
