German-Speaking Customer Service Representative – Onsite in Lisbon, Portugal

Join our client's team in Lisbon as a Customer Service Representative, providing essential support to customers in German and English. This on‑site role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Work Schedule

Rotative shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 23:00, with 2 rotative days off. Future shifts may extend to 24/7, Monday to Sunday, subject to client confirmation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross salary: €1,100/month (paid over 14 months)
• Attendance bonus: €100, provided per 11 months
• Relocation support provided
• Accommodation from day 1 (280€ deducted from the salary) – studio for a single person close to the office with all utilities included
