Your responsibilities

• You will independently handle the monthly billing of electricity and gas supplies for customers.
• You carefully process and review final and interim billing statements.
• You process meter readings, load profiles, and meter reading results.
• You will analyze and resolve billing discrepancies and make the necessary invoice corrections.
• You will handle customer inquiries and complaints related to energy billing.
• You will work closely with internal departments such as Customer Service, Market Communications, network operators, and Accounts Receivable.
• You have completed a business apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification.
• You have relevant professional experience in customer billing or the energy industry.
• You have a good command of MS Office products, particularly Excel, and apply them effectively.
• You are characterized by a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work and demonstrate a high degree of initiative.
• You enjoy working across departments and, as an interface between them, ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• You have a strong affinity for IT and, ideally, experience with billing processes in the energy industry.
• You are a strong communicator, a team player, and ready to take on new challenges in a dynamically changing market.
