Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the operational billing process—from invoice generation to resolving inquiries with our customers—and will oversee the entire process in a forward-looking environment within the energy industry.


• You will handle customer inquiries regarding our billing in a competent, service-oriented, and solution-focused manner.


• You will carefully review billing data for completeness, plausibility, and accuracy.


• You’ll actively contribute your ideas and expertise to further develop existing processes and help shape sustainable projects.


• You’ll work closely with various departments and help ensure our processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Your Profile

• You have completed a business apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification.


• Ideally, you have some initial experience in billing, customer service, or administrative work.


• You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner and demonstrate a high degree of initiative.


• You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications.


• You are a strong communicator, team-oriented, and enjoy taking on new challenges in a dynamic environment.


• You enjoy working in a team and can maintain a clear overview even when juggling multiple tasks at once.
