Global Category Leader - Speciality Products (Fully Remote)

• You will be based in Europe, remote or hybrid, as Global Category Leader for Specialty Products.
• You will shape procurement strategy across a $50M spend portfolio for water-specific categories.
• You will report to the Director, Global Category Management and work with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement global category roadmap, develop supplier panels, and lead negotiations.
• Drive annual savings, operational efficiency, sustainability, and supply chain risk mitigation.
• Develop best cost country strategies and manage supplier relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and solid experience in Category/Supplier Management, Purchasing, or Engineering.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, ideally in water treatment categories.
• Excellent communication skills, team player, and ability to work in matrixed organization.
