• Global Consumer Lead (m/f/d)
• In this key position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies based on the needs and desires of our consumers / patients.

• Responsibility for portfolio, innovation, and consumer insights: close collaboration with local marketing and sales functions to ensure a consistent brand experience
• Developing and implementing a strategy that centers consumer needs at the heart of our innovation processes
• Ensuring that our products are available to our customers anytime and anywhere
• Focus on TV commercials and other relevant channels to maximize brand presence
• Development and implementation of global marketing strategies based on comprehensive market and consumer analyses to increase brand awareness and loyalty
• Monitoring existing products and innovation management for the successful market launch of new products
• Using market analyses and technological trends to identify new business opportunities
• Conducting analyses to gain deeper insights into the needs and behaviors of our consumers

• Graduated in marketing, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in consumer insights and media are a prerequisite; ideally, you also have in-depth knowledge of innovation management or product development, preferably in the consumer goods industry
• Strong analytical skills and experience in performing market analyses
• Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative solutions
• Team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills in German and English
