GLOBAL HEAD OF APPLICATION MANAGEMENT FINISHING (M/F/D)

In this role you lead the global application management for Finishing, ensuring top-tier application services and support for sales, technical support, and portfolio management. You collaborate across segments and regions, guiding a team of application specialists and a laboratory group. You drive strategic direction, partner with industry networks, and represent the segment at technical events. You shape global capability and impact in a dynamic, international setting.

• Oversee global application activities in Finishing to deliver services and support for sales, tech support, and portfolio management
• Manage opportunities and service requests, including lab work, trials, and training
• Collaborate with sales and customers to identify opportunities across regions and segments
• Define and drive the strategic direction of application management aligned with division and segment goals
• Lead and coordinate Application Specialists and laboratory team across regions and countries
• Represent the segment in partnerships, industry networks, and technical conferences

• Degree in textile studies, textile engineering or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a medium-sized international company with global matrix organization
• Proven experience with products and processes in the relevant application segment
• Leadership skills with empowerment and clear communication
• Business-fluent English (written and spoken)
