Position

Group Product Manager, Product Fintech team.

This role leads the strategic direction and development of payment products and services. You will drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of payment solutions that shape how thousands of customers experience Remote.

You will work in a cross‑functional environment with engineering, design, marketing, and support, turning bold ideas into real impact.

Requirements

• Extensive product‑management experience, including leading teams and delivering successful product launches.
• Deep expertise in the payments space – trends, technologies, regulatory considerations, and competitive landscape.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, enabling teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Hands‑on background, comfortable diving deep into complex problems and owning details.
• Strategic thinker who connects market trends, business needs, and customer insights into clear product direction.
• Customer‑obsessed mindset with a track record of delivering intuitive, high‑quality user experiences.
• Data‑fluent, able to interpret metrics and use them to guide prioritization and decision‑making.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Excellent written communication and collaboration skills enabling fast alignment across teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Remote work experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive product strategy aligned with the company’s overall vision, goals, and market demands.
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Engage in tactical initiatives, providing hands‑on guidance when critical decisions are needed.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with business leaders, engineering, design, marketing, sales, legal, finance, and operations to build the best product experiences.
• Monitor product performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Act as a product evangelist, promoting and advocating for your product area internally and externally.

Salary

The annual salary range for this full‑time position is $65,900 – $185,250 USD.
