Stellenbeschreibung:

Process Lean Design Leader (Global)

We are looking for a Process Lean Design Leader (Global) to drive the deployment of Lean and 3P (Production Process Preparation) principles at the earliest stages of product and process design—before CAPEX decisions are made.

In this strategic role, you will challenge complexity, enable simplicity, and shape flexible, cost‑efficient industrial solutions across our global manufacturing network.

Your Impact:

  • Drive the global deployment of 3P methodology across all industrialization teams

  • Increase flexibility for SKUs, localization, and ramp‑up phases while optimizing CAPEX
  • Lead selected global 3P projects and translate learnings into scalable design rules
  • Track and improve key KPIs (CAPEX, cost, OEE, footprint, time‑to‑market)
  • Build and lead a global Lean / 3P expert network

Your Profile:

  • 10–15+ years of experience in Industrialization, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Lean / TPS principles and tools (VSM, takt time, SMED, flow)
  • Proven experience in production line design, ramp‑up, or industrial transformation
  • Expertise in product‑process design (DFM, PFMEA, CTQ)
