Your Responsibilities – Your Energy Makes the Difference

• Leadership – Leading the Process Development and Modeling team within the virtual power plant
• Expert Work – Ensuring the operational management of the entire process landscape for the marketing and billing of decentralized energy systems; customer-focused planning and implementation of innovative projects to further develop marketing processes (e.g., marketing of green energy storage systems); Management of operational processes and monitoring of process stability
• Future-Oriented Work – Driving the business development of the virtual power plant while monitoring future trends in the energy market; regular reporting on development projects
• Collaboration – Serving as a liaison with neighboring teams in sales and marketing

Your Profile – Your diverse skills will take you further

• Education – A completed degree in economics or engineering, or equivalent professional experience with proven in-depth knowledge of marketing decentralized energy systems
• Qualifications – At least five years of technical leadership experience; in-depth expertise in the energy sector, preferably in the marketing and optimization of decentralized generation portfolios
• Expertise – Comprehensive know-how of modern development methods for highly automated IT processes; ideally, strong Python skills
• Personality – Commercial mindset; solution-oriented approach; strong communication skills; excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills; strong team orientation
