Global M&A Tax Strategist - Remote

This role supports cross-border deal activity, models tax structures, conducts due diligence, and coordinates with Corporate Development, Legal, and Finance to deliver compliant, value-driven transactions.

Candidates should have 5+ years of US international tax experience, strong Excel skills, and experience
