Global Medical Lead (Physician)(m/f/d) Clinical Research and Development

In this role you guide global clinical development within a dynamic Merz Therapeutics team, shaping development programs and influencing medical strategy. You’ll build scientific partnerships and engage with international experts, Ethics Committees and Regulators to advance approvals for new treatments. You will present work at international conferences and contribute to scientific publications, strengthening the company’s impact on patient outcomes. This position combines leadership, collaboration and high scientific standards in a globally-facing environment.

• Set the scene for global clinical development programs

• Motivated physician with at least 3 years in clinical research and development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Team player with leadership for medical and scientific content
• High degree of independent work and ability to assume global responsibility
• Fluent in English with excellent scientific writing
• Innovative, solution-oriented, out-of-the-box thinking
• High quality standards and ability to foster them in development projects
