Global Recruiter (f/m/d)

You will own end-to-end IT recruitment across global roles, shaping talent pipelines and reducing reliance on agencies. You’ll partner with hiring managers to ensure high-quality hires and a smooth experience while building sustainable talent pools. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, market mapping, and cross-region collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Your impact lies in attracting hard-to-find IT and WMS professionals, including Blue Yonder specialists, to support our business growth.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for global IT and specialized roles
• Drive proactive sourcing, talent mapping and pipeline development
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure quality hires and a strong candidate experience
• Build and maintain sustainable talent pools across regions
• Reduce external agency reliance via direct sourcing and strategic engagement

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or comparable field
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience with IT/WMS, ideally Blue Yonder professionals
• Strong expertise in Active Sourcing and candidate engagement
• Experience with structured, competency-based interviews and assessing potential beyond technical skills
• Excellent organizational skills managing multiple openings and stakeholders
• Fluent German and English (C1)
