Global Sales Manager for automated plants

Your Responsibilities

• Technical sales in both field and office-based roles, as well as project-based project management
• Technical development of solution concepts in collaboration with our clients – from the initial idea through to a coherent overall concept
• Project costing and the preparation of detailed, client-specific quotations
• Quotation presentations and negotiations with our clients, either on-site or via video call
• Translating orders into comprehensive internal technical specifications
• Acting as the direct point of contact for our clients on all technical and commercial matters throughout the sales and implementation process
• Monitoring market and competitor activities, as well as representing the company at trade fairs, conferences and client events
• Maintaining relevant data in the CRM system and contributing to the continuous optimisation of our sales processes

Your Profile

Professional Qualifications

• A degree in a technical subject (e.g. mechanical engineering) or equivalent technical training with relevant professional experience
• Experience in the sales of technical capital goods requiring detailed explanation, ideally in plant engineering or a similar field
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems would be an advantage
• Very good written and spoken English; knowledge of a further foreign language is desirable

• Class B driving licence (formerly Class 3)
