Global Sales Senior Director – Digital Flexo Solutions

Stellenbeschreibung:

Responsible for establishing and coordinating all sales strategies, plans, programs and functions

  • Setting ambitious yet achievable sales targets and objectives for the regions
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals
  • Building, leading and managing a high performing sales team
  • Analyzing sales/CRM data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and channel partners
  • Becoming a thought leader in industry forums on latest trends & technologies
  • Creating and managing the sales budget and forecasting future sales trends
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that the sales team has the resources and support needed to achieve its goals
  • Creating a culture of success in terms of long‑term thinking and value delivery to customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business related fields
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in enterprise CAPEX sales in Advanced Hardware/Software businesses
  • Selling ecosystem solutions to enterprise and mid market customers with a consultative & value‑based selling approach
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and guide the sales team towards achieving its goals
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem‑solving skills to identify and address challenges and opportunities
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
  • Strong relationship building with clients, channel partners and key stakeholders
  • Skilled at negotiating deals and closing sales
  • Analytical capability to examine sales data and trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Experience in packaging trends and eagerness to learn about estimation, planning and Artificial Intelligence
