Global Senior EHS Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Burbach, NRW

Responsibilities

• Lead and standardize global EHS programs with focus on laser safety and cleanroom environments
• Ensure compliance with international regulations (ANSI, OSHA, IEC, ISO) across all sites
• Act as Laser Safety Officer (LSO) or oversee site LSOs
• Drive audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations in high‑risk environments
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to integrate safety into processes
• Monitor EHS KPIs and report performance to senior leadership
• Lead and develop global EHS teams and drive a strong safety culture
• Support sustainability and environmental compliance initiatives

Profile

• Degree in EHS, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of EHS experience in high‑tech or manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of laser safety, cleanroom standards, and international regulations
• Experience implementing EHS programs across multiple sites globally
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel internationally (~30%)
