Global Sourcing Manager – Processing Aids

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of global processing aid sourcing strategy
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers worldwide
• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for enzymes, filtration materials, cleaning materials, etc.
• Analyze global market trends, raw material developments, and supplier capabilities
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality, performance, and service standards
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
• Manage supplier risk assessments and business continuity planning
• Build and maintain market intelligence on processing aids technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management
• Significant experience in the food industry
• Proven track record of supplier negotiations
• Strong understanding of global supply markets
• Strong analytical, financial, and contract management skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing abilities
