Global Talent Acquisition – People Operations Partner

• Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, from intake through offer delivery


• Build proactive sourcing strategies and structured, evidence-based hiring processes


• Develop interview guides, assessment frameworks, and practical resources for hiring managers


• Use recruitment data and market insights to improve hiring quality, efficiency, and consistency


• Own the employee journey from accepted offer through successful completion of the 180-day probation period


• Coordinate preboarding, onboarding, and cross-functional handoffs


• Support employee integration, probation milestones, and compliant offboarding activities


• Simplify, standardize, and improve recruitment and employee lifecycle workflows


• Build and maintain documentation, templates, and knowledge resources


• Use operational data and technology to reduce manual work and strengthen the employee experience


• Develop expertise across employment documentation, contracts, employee lifecycle administration, and other People Operations responsibilities


• Support day-to-day People Operations with discretion, professionalism, and a service mindset


• Partner with hiring managers across teams and regions


• Report to the Senior Lead, Global People & Culture

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Partnering, or a comparable recruitment role


• Ideally, exposure to People Operations or HR administration


• Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently, from intake through offer


• Experience partnering with hiring managers and guiding hiring processes


• Experience improving recruitment, interview, onboarding, or employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced or growing organization


• Exposure to onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, contracts, amendments, or employee lifecycle administration


• Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms


• Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and discreetly


• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and know when to seek support or escalation


• Ability to interpret data and present insights to clients


• Comfortable supporting international or distributed teams


• Track record implementing or optimizing ATS, HRIS, or other People systems


• Experience improving operational workflows through automation or technology


• Ability to create documentation, playbooks, or other operational resources
