At Boehringer Ingelheim, attracting and hiring the right talent is critical to our success. As Global Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, you will own and shape our global recruiting solution, setting the standards, governance, capabilities, and roadmap that enable exceptional hiring outcomes worldwide. You will drive end-to-end the strategic evolution of recruiting across the organization, partnering with senior leaders, HR function and GBS, and cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve how we attract, assess, select, and hire talent globally. This role is ideal for a senior professional who combines a strong talent acquisition background with the ability to lead through influence, align global stakeholders, and translate strategy into scalable solutions. This role is also ideal for someone who has led complex and cross functional projects. This position has a hybrid setup with approximately 2-3 days per week on site.
You are a strategic and highly collaborative leader who can connect business needs with talent acquisition expertise. You build credibility quickly, navigate complexity with confidence, and bring people together around a common vision. You are equally comfortable discussing recruiting strategy with senior executives, defining global standards, and driving change across a decentralized organization.
