【Graduate Opportunity】 Xiaomi EV - Delivery Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Delivery Operations Specialist to support our automotive delivery operations in Europe. In this role, you will help monitor end-to-end delivery processes, coordinate operational issues, and support data-driven improvements across cross-functional teams.

This is an early-career opportunity for graduates who are interested in automotive operations, logistics, supply chain, and commercial operations.

1.End-to-End Delivery Tracking

• Monitor order and delivery status throughout the end-to-end process, from vehicle production and dispatch to transportation and final delivery.
• Track delivery progress and ensure timely and accurate updates across relevant systems and stakeholders.
• Identify and coordinate the handling of delivery exceptions, including transportation delays, vehicle damage, shipment discrepancies, and other operational issues.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, internal teams, and delivery sites to support timely resolution.

3.Delivery Data & Reporting

• Collect and organize daily and weekly delivery data.
• Monitor key operational metrics, such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) rate and delivery cycle time.
• Prepare basic operational reports and support data analysis to identify potential areas for improvement.

4.Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as a key interface for delivery-related topics.
• Coordinate with production planning, sales operations, warehousing and logistics, and vehicle delivery teams to ensure smooth information flow and operational execution.

1.Education

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Open to candidates who have recently graduated or are completing their studies and are available to start in 2026 or 2027.

2.Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and PivotTables .
• Familiarity with ERP, TMS, or other supply chain/logistics management systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with a good understanding of data and operational processes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• High sense of ownership, responsibility, and service orientation.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic automotive environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop in an international, cross-cultural organization.
