Graphic Designer – Contractor

Stellenbeschreibung:

Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual content across marketing channels
Design daily newsletters, website visuals, paid ads, social media, and other marketing assets
Edit, retouch, resize, and prepare PDP (product detail page) images
Update and refresh creative assets across the homepage, navigation bars, landing pages, and other on-site placements
Research visual trends, references, and creative inspiration for campaign and concept development
Organize and maintain creative assets to improve efficiency and workflows
Manage assigned design projects and deliverables independently
Incorporate feedback and meet agreed-upon deadlines

Requirements

2–3 years of professional graphic design experience
Strong technical skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Proficiency in Figma preferred
Basic video editing skills and familiarity with Premiere Pro and/or CapCut
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual consistency and quality
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively across teams
Ability to work in a highly entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment
Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills
Highly motivated, energetic self-starter who works collaboratively across cross-functional teams
Prior experience or strong demonstrated interest in the beauty industry
