Graphic Designer, Mid-Level

Stellenbeschreibung:

Produce high-quality visual materials for instructional content and digital platforms using industry-standard graphic design software
Create and manipulate multimedia assets for engaging visual training materials
Use AI-assisted tools within approved authoring and graphics software to support animation and graphic production
Ensure every AI-assisted output is reviewed and approved by a qualified instructional designer before entering a deliverable
Work closely with instructional designers and project management to support curriculum development and modernization
Follow established design practices and maintain accuracy so deliverables meet program quality standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, multimedia design, or a related field
Five or more years producing visual and multimedia assets, including work delivered into e-learning or training products
Production-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Envato Elements; this is a screening requirement
Working knowledge of accessible design, including color contrast, captioning, alternative text, Section 508, and WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance
Availability during core hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday
Animation, scenario-based visuals, or audiovisual production for training
Familiarity with ELB Gold Suite Studio (Lectora) or Articulate 360 Suite
Corrections, law enforcement, or public safety subject matter
Prior work on a federal contract with formal deliverable review and acceptance
Subject to any background or suitability screening the customer requires
