Greenfield Recruiting Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire recruiting process
• End-to-end responsibility for acquiring skilled professionals and leadership hires
• Build and lead a recruiter team
• Conduct needs analyses and create job descriptions
• Develop and implement active sourcing strategies
• Ensure effective candidate management in a high-volume environment
• Regular visits to project sites

Requirements

• Several years' experience in recruiting
• Ideally a background in industry or operations
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Willingness to travel and flexible working hours
