Grid-Forming Control Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• 2. Synchronization & PLL Development
• 5. Weak-Grid Engineering & Stability
• 6. System Integration & Cross-Functional Support

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in power electronics, grid-connected converters, and renewable-energy integration.
• Expertise in grid-forming and grid-following control concepts, including dq0-based current control and voltage-forming control structures.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, model-based development, and converter-grid interaction modelling.
• Experience using HIL/CHIL platforms for real-time testing (e.g., dSPACE, RTDS, Typhoon HIL, OPAL-RT)..
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in converter control, power electronics, or grid-integration engineering.
