THE WHAT You develop, stabilize and scale metal forming processes for high-performance components.You ensure:

repeatable processes
consistent quality
early detection and elimination of deviations

Current processes: Spinforming, Bending & Heat Treatment
Your Mission

Develop and optimize forming processes
Ensure process stability and repeatability
Perform root cause analysis of defects

Collaborate with design, materials and production
Analyze process data and drive improvements

YOUR PROFILE

Education & Experience

Degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science or similar
Several years of experience in: metal forming / manufacturing, process engineering
Experience in industrial environments (preferably aerospace or automotive)

Skills

Understanding of material behavior in forming processes
Process optimization experience
Quality and defect analysis
Structured, data-driven approach
